 How to make Nagasari

"Traditional food"


Nagasari is a traditional food that is included in the category of wet cakes.

Nagasari is also included in market snacks because it is usually sold in traditional markets along with other traditional foods.

This nagasari cake is usually used as a complement in traditional events, religious events, and the like.


Tools:

- Pan

-Teflon

- Wood sutil

- Knife

- cormorant


Material :

-500 grams of packaged rice flour

-350 grams of sugar

- Salt

-1 coconut

-1 jackfruit banana comb

- Pandan leaves

-Chopped banana leaves


Steps:


1. First, take the ripe banana and separate it from the skin. Cut lengthwise into 2 pieces.

2. Grate the coconut

3. After that, add water to the grated coconut


4. Then strain it, so that the coconut milk is separated from the coconut pulp


5. Cook 1/2 of the coconut milk and add the pandan leaves to the teflon over low heat. Add sugar and salt, stirring constantly using the wood silk.



6. Then prepare the pan, and add the rice flour with added 1/2 of the remaining coconut milk


7. Stir until the dough becomes smooth


8. Then put the dough into Teflon, cook over low heat.


9. Once the dough has turned thick and is also soft to the texture, remove and let cool


10. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the banana leaves. Insert a banana slice in the center. And wrap the banana leaves in a neat way so that the dough doesn't come out of the banana leaves.



11. Steam for about 30 minutes until cooked. Let stand a few minutes before serving it.


12. Nagasari cake is ready to eat




There is no special way to make this nagasari cake. You can make Nagasari cakes according to your own taste.

This Nagasari cake is very easy to make because it doesn't use milk or eggs.
